Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment, when in stock. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. 

Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are fixed:

UK customers pay £2.99 unless spend is over £20 in which case shipping is free.

International customers pay £3.99 unless spend is over £60 in which case shipping is free.

Please note that the shipping estimator in the shopping cart provides provisional information, dependent on your location and chosen shipping service this price may change once you register your address with us. We ask that you consider the final shipping cost in the checkout stage before committing to your purchase.

Courier Shipping

At a cost of just £4.95, we can ship any item by courier to any address in the UK. To use this service there is a minimum order value of £5, and you must be in mainland UK. 

Recycled Packaging

Camera Shack is committed to minimising our environmental impact. On checkout you will be asked if you approve the use of recycled packaging in your shipment. Note that this does not guarantee the use of recycled packaging, this is subject to availability. As with most businesses, we dispatch far more items than we receive. Nonetheless, the ability to use recycled packaging will make a significant difference to the amount of used packaging we need to dispose of. 

Returns

In accordance with the distance selling act you are entitled to return any purchase within a period of seven days of receipt for a no quibble refund. Currently we would expect you to pay return postal charges in this event. We ask that you return the item in saleable condition in original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
